Visa & Work Permits: The cost of the initial visa from the home country will be covered by the Teacher. After arrival in Thailand, the School will cover non-immigrant B visa extension, work permit, and Thai teaching license fees for teachers.
Health Insurance: The school provides Group Health & Accident Insurance (AETNA) as a package for all full-time teachers up to the age of 60. After 60 years of age, the school is able to provide accident insurance only.

OPD costs (Out Patient Department Treatment – costs incurred when not being admitted to hospital). The amount reimbursed is based on the length of time the Teacher has been employed at NIS:
1-2 years THB 6,000 per year
3-4 years THB 10,000 per year
5+ years THB 12,000 per year
Dental Services: The school provides coverage for basic dental services through Chiang Mai Dental Hospital at the amount of THB 2,000 per academic year.
Plane Ticket: At the end of each two years of service, the Teacher will receive a round-trip economy class ticket to the major airport closest to his/her hometown or a travel stipend of 40,000 baht.
Free Tuition for Children of Teachers: Teachers with children attending NIS are granted a free tuition for up to 2 children. There is a resource fee of 10,000 baht/child/semester. This amount can be paid in installments of 2,000 baht/month over a period of ten (10) months.
Lunch: Lunch coupons will be provided for teachers to the monetary equivalent of 1,400 BHT per month while school is in session.
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching in either public or private education settings and hold a teaching license from their home country. A Thai teaching license is preferred. The responsibilities of this role include teaching all core subject areas to students aged 4-5 years. The educator will also be responsible for completing grading and providing comments for students, as well as participating in bi-annual Parent/Teacher Conferences. Additionally, adjunct duties involve active participation in the school’s events and activities.
