Your Role

Your primary objective will be to manage the legal + compliance aspects of our business activities in your location, ensuring we fulfill all related legal requirements. You will do this by working with a variety of external + internal stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

To draft, review, redline + negotiate contracts along with other legal documents together with the business project owner.
To ensure compliance with applicable laws/regulations, policies/strategies + executions.
To analyze + discuss emerging compliance risks with business management + employees.
To reinforce our culture of compliance by providing ongoing training to comply with local laws + maintain ethical business practices on the basis of our global ethics + compliance program.
To analyze legal risks/disputes in order to provide legal recommendations, alerts, solutions, + support.
To participate in the preparation, review, evaluation, negotiation, + interpretation of all relevant documents.
To respond to legal elements in relation to any day to day support requests.
To prepare, update + present briefings on new legal documents/changes/issues with legal solutions timely.

Your Skills and Experiences

At least 10 years of experience in Legal & Compliance for MNC environment.
Has commercial/business mindset to support the business units.
Knowledge of the logistics industry is preferred.
Able to communicate fluently in English.
