Administer Group Credit Life and Group EB policies, ensuring accurate and efficient implementation of policies and procedures.
Conduct UAT for group system enhancements, ensuring smooth integration and functionality of new features.
Provide exceptional services to partners and end customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare comprehensive and accurate reporting on group policies, keeping track of policy performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, implement process improvements, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Service-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
Previous experience in the insurance industry, particularly in Bancassurance Operations, is highly advantageous.
English proficiency is preferable, both spoken and written.
Willingness to work overtime as required.
