- Execute operation plan as agreed with Category Development and Marketing team.
- Ensuring sales and distribution target achievement
- Leading distributor to follow yearly operation plan
- Being accountable for top customers under distributor in term of sales, in-store activation and customer satisfaction
- Assessing and ensuring distributor operation to comply with Nestlé policy
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience in Distributor Management
- Solid experience in direct accounts
- Possesses skills in MS Excel and Power Point presentation
- Own a car with driving license and be able to travel to area assigned
