Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day project management support for Pixel product quality programs in the Communication and Sensor domains. Utilize technical, program management, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills to align testing activities across multiple Pixel teams.
- Build strong partnerships to drive process improvements and efficiencies that lead to better quality and increased productivity by working with highly cross-functional team. Build trusting relationships through on-time delivery of commitments and effective communication.
- Understand end-to-end testing, various testing types, test automation, and implementation paths in order to execute large, complex programs.
- Manage and scale test programs by defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation, and ensuring successful on-time delivery.
- Coordinate multiple testing teams and cross-functional development teams to align release timelines, test schedules, and milestones. Set clear expectations about responsibilities to internal and external stakeholders.
