Job description

Engage in long-term software quality enhancement to ensure product viability
Develop, review the automation testing code and maintain the different pipelines
Design & implement ways to measure and validate the quality of customer experience we deliver
Collaborate with the global product development and support teams across multiple countries
Resolve customer problems in a timely manner to support critical business successfully

Required skills

2+ years of working experience in the software/information service industry
Experience in Python with automation test development
Good understanding of general principles of software testing, knowing how to troubleshoot
Strong software problem-solving skills independently and a customer-oriented approach to dealing with customer issues
Self-motivated and agile mentality to work with changing requirements

Nice to have skills

Experience in Go language is a big plus
Experience in event driven architecture
Experience in managed services on public clouds (Aurora My SQL, EKS, AKS, MSK and ADX, …etc)

Personality

Good English communication skill and proactive mindset in global team collaboration
Strong analytic thinking and problem solving skills; dare to fail but make sure we learn from experience.
Preference of autonomy; able to make decision and take accountability for customer success instead of waiting for instructions
