Sr. Solution Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling dental implant products to dental professionals, including dentists, oral surgeons, and periodontists. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The senior sales representative is expected to achieve sales targets, manage a defined sales territory, and develop strategies to grow market share in dental implants.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed annual sales targets by promoting Straumann products and growing market share in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with dental professionals to drive end-user demand and satisfaction.
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, particularly in key accounts, through strategic client engagement.
Act as the primary contact for customers, providing excellent service, resolving issues, and managing complaints.
Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to educate customers on dental implant products.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to inform strategies and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to improve offerings and drive sales.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Continuously enhance product knowledge through training and seminars.
Mentor junior sales team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide training and support to sales teams on product features, competitive advantages, and clinical benefits of the dental implant products.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling dental implant products.
Skills and Competencies
Education / Professional Experience
Degree qualified in Medical and Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
Working experiences: Sales Consultant at least 2 years, Sr. Sales Consultant at least 5 years, preferred in Medical and Healthcare industry.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Well-developed business analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessment.
Strong solutions knowledge with business understanding & market knowledge.
Personal / Leadership Competencies
Good selling skills and customer orientated.
Good teamwork spirit and self-motivated
Basic influencing and communication skills, planning, administrative and coordinating skills
