Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
  
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
  
• 3 years of experience with performance, systems data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging.
  
• Experience with Machine Learning systems (e.g., background theory, Tensor Flow, and other tools).

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or Ph D in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
  
• Experience with performance analysis and debugging, improving performance of single-node or multi-node distributed systems.
• Experience with Machine Learning inference workload optimization (e.g., quantization, distillation, sharding).
  
• Experience with architecture analysis, system architecture, performance modeling, or similar.
