Position: Senior Recruiter
As part of our exciting expansion plan in Taiwan, we are hiring a Senior Recruiter. A significant aspect of your role involves partnering closely with key business leaders to understand team needs, anticipate growth, and strategize talent acquisition aligned with the company's expansion plan. You'd play a pivotal role in identifying high-impact individuals capable of driving innovation and change within their respective teams. Join us for such an exciting opportunity!
What You Will Do

Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations through a deep understanding of requirement
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management to recruit passive candidates
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, help define talent requirements, assess skill gaps, and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates capable of fueling the company's growth and spearheading transformative initiatives.
Leverage data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify bottleneck, and make a data driven decision.

Qualifications:

Who has 5+ years of extensive experience and expertise in full lifecycle recruiting with a strong track record of success.
Who has excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
Who is capable to thrive in a start-up and fast paced environment.
