Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Lead developers and designers to explore product ideas, discover new opportunities, and deliver new features
- Identify product trade-offs and make decisions with limited information
- Prioritize product requirements Write MRD/PRD documents
- Round 1: Initial Interview (30 minutes) - A quick session to assess your fit with our team and answer any questions about our company, products, and team culture.
- Round 2: Assignment - Successful candidates from Round 1 will be given an assignment to showcase their skills. Progression to the next stage is based on the assignment's performance.
- Round 3: Product Management Evaluation (45 minutes) - This round involves a comprehensive assessment of your product management capabilities and problem-solving skills through a discussion with our product manager.
- Round 4: Team Interaction and Compensation Conversation (45 minutes) - The final round includes meeting team members, followed by a discussion about your compensation package.
條件要求
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Experienced in managing i OS, Android, and web apps.
- Proficient in spoken and written English/Chinese.
- Attention to detail, highly self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effectively communicating complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and articulate product requirements clearly and concisely in both written documentation and verbal presentations.
- Experience in successfully launching new products/features.
