Regional Development Manager, Taiwan Global Selling
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
- * 7+ years of experience with cross-border trade selling, e-commerce, advertising, sales or business development
- * Deep understanding of and passion for e-commerce
- * Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus

Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total sales come from third-party selection. Asia Global Selling team is responsible for recruiting local businesses across Asia countries to sell on Amazon’s overseas marketplaces, and supporting local businesses’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of business to go globally.
Key job responsibilities
- Actively understand the evolving Seller lifecycle and identify insights, opportunities and gaps with existing services in the context of Amazon Global Selling
- Develop and implement partner strategy to drive scalable and sustainable Seller and partner growth
- Understand existing and potential products and services and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences
- Develop and implement strategic plans to build and improve partner experience. Consult and coach partners to grow and achieve improved results on Amazon
- Drive adoption of services and step-function improvement in Seller Experience
- Drive communication strategy of the programs, track and monitor performance of Service Providers and public/trade associations
- * Highly analytical skills with the ability to manage the business by the numbers. Must be metrics-driven
- * Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly
- * Effective written and oral communication in both English and Mandarin Chinese
