Execute medical strategies to enlarge products' function, attributes, and future potentials and establish long term strategies
Field Engagement
Development and execution of external stakeholder strategy, execute external medical to medical partnership projects in alignment of category medical strategy in Taiwan.
Engaging effectively and appropriately within the external Medical & Healthcare community to understand patient impacts, stakeholder perspectives and gather insights to further develop the strategy [academic congresses, advisory boards]
REQUIRED SKILL SET
Technical
Strong project management skills, with proven medical governance capability
Good communication skills in English and Chinese speaking and writing
Knowledge of pharmaceutical product development and healthcare environment
Proven ability to work in cross function network
Willing to travel (within country or overseas)
Education
The area of medical or clinical or biotechnology science bachelor’s degree or above
Additional training / diploma in management, such as MBA would be a plus
Experience
Experience in pharmaceutical industry and relevant therapeutic experiences in Oncology are preferred
3+ years of Medical or MSL in pharmaceutical industry would be preferred.
