Role responsibilities include, but not limited to –
- Liaise regularly with the warehouse and local team regarding order allocations, priorities and special instructions, ensuring
alignment to Aesop expectations.
- Provide stakeholders and customers regular updates on the status of orders with tracking information, ensuring all delays are
clearly and proactively communicated.
- Ensure that all the logistics Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are maintained and kept up to date.
- Assist with auditing required transport and warehouse invoices for approval by Customer Supply & Logistics Manager.

Support the Supply Chain Team, including supporting other logistic coordinators with orders and other ad-hoc needs.
1. Warehouse and transportation management
- Work with 3PL to ensure smoothly daily DC inbound and outbound operation
- Gift kit assembly / disassembly - quotation, production plan
- Coordinate with freight forwarder to ensure on time inbound process and implement all compliance activities
- Domestic transportation following up and tracking
- Monthly Inventory reconciliation and stock adjustment after investigation

Monthly 3PL KPI follow up and evaluation.
2. Order management
- Store replenishment, wholesale order, EC order, corporate sales order management in system
- Follow up delivery schedule for orders
- Responsible for coordinate externally and internally to ensure high order fulfillment rate
Technical Requirements (or Certification Requirements)
- Bachelor and above is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems etc
Key Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required
1+ Year of logistics, supply chain related working experience
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (Reading/Writing)
- Self motivative and team player
- Good communication and analytical skills
