Executive Assistant will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your customers. Provides strong and efficient administrative support to General Manager, including document translation, interpretation, schedule coordination, communication with each department, etc.
Qualifications
Well developed computer knowledge, particularly in the use of MS Office and email /· Minimum 5 years work experience as a secretary in a hotel or big company, fluent in both Chinese and English speaking and writing, Japanese language working proficiency will be a plus.
