We do the plan and our strategy will drive the FAB critical metric performance. Our contribution will help the company accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate, and advance faster than ever.
Based on supply chain demand to make an output plan for the FAB production team. To monitor and handle the FAB of each critical metric such as output/pace/cycle time/scrap volume etc to meet customer each DID output demand.

Based on supply chain demand to make an output plan for the FAB production team. To monitor and handle the FAB of each critical metric such as output/pace/cycle time/scrap volume etc to meet customer each DID output demand.
Responsibilities:
- FAB inventory management, wafer start plan and handle raw wafer material.
- FAB cycle time BP strategy alignment and CT target by TECHNODE and DID
- FAB IOP output strategy making and setting the FAB pace target.
- Output status monitoring and projection. Work with SIC and shift team to meet company output goals.
- Establish and modify BKM/BP management projects.
- FAB SIPP impact assessment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- TOEIC 550+
Education and Experience:
- HVM production experience
- Line control experience
- Bachelor above
