The Backend Software Developer will be part of the TMS team. The position will work with our US team on our Transportation Management System (TMS). The main focus is developing a transportation management system, involving collaboration with courier companies to establish system integration and interfacing with warehouse operations for seamless coordination.

Responsibilities
- Full lifecycle application development
- Designing, coding, and debugging applications in various software languages.
- Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis
- Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD)
- Software modeling and simulation
- Software testing and quality assurance
- Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.
- Support, maintain, and document software functionality
- Integrate software with existing systems
- Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation
- Project Planning and Project Management
- Maintain standards compliance
- Implement localization or globalization of software
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related STEM majors, advanced degree is preferred.
- Generally requires a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a backend or full stack developer role.
- Mastering of C# programming language, and .NET framework (ASP.NET Core).
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and their practical application.
- Solid knowledge and experience with computer science: data structure, algorithm, unit testing, integration testing.
- Experience in container technology and microservice architecture.
- Experience with Git repository.
- Experience in cloud-based architectures (K8s, SQL/No SQL, Message Queues, ESBs, Kubernetes/Docker, AWS)
- Good command of English (written+verbal) and Mandarin Chinese (verbal).
- Good communication skills (outward going)
- Strong analytical skill
- Experience with the technologies needed for the project: (kafka, rabbitmq, redis, graphql, etc.)
- Knowledge of RESTful API.
- Knowledge of asynchronous queue processing.
- Understanding of how to architect multithreaded applications.
- Experience using a relational database system.
- Experience with React.
- Experience with Redis or other equivalent technology.
- Proficient with HTML 5, CSS 3.0, Java Script ES5/6/7
- E-Commerce industry experience
