Location/Division Specific Information
We are recruiting for a dynamic role for our commercial team in Taiwan for the CAD (Chemical Analysis Division).

As a Commercial Leader, you are responsible for business growth with our trusted Channel Partners and encouraging positive relationship with key accounts, with focus in the analytical instrumental sales. You will develop business strategies to drive growth together with Channel Partners, enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
A day in the Life:
Develop channel commercial plans to achieve and exceed growth targets working closely with regional commercial teams, business unit and marketing functions
Run day-to-day business operations and activities coming from distributors and customers enquiries.
Initiate, build and develop relationships with key customer accounts promoting business opportunities. Be the Thermo Fisher Scientific brand ambassador in the country.
Use Sales Force Dot Com (SFDC) CRM as the primary reporting tool. Organize and accurately forecast territory results, provide market intelligence, implement value selling and meet sales objectives.
Assess and measure channel partner performance using channel management framework. Constantly looking at initiatives to drive channel motivation and customer engagements.
Effectively engage with the regional Marketing team to develop local marketing plan and promote products with channel partner catering to local demands and opportunities
Actively promote alignment and collaboration between distributors and internal supporting functions such as Application, Finance, Customer Operation
Support our channel partner to improve sales and product proficiency. Coordinate relevant training and supporting collaterals against competition.
Provide regular, timely feedback on business development in the local geography
Understand competitive landscape and the impact on our channel development strategy
Conduct due diligence, and ensure channel compliances to Thermo Fisher policy.
Education
Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering or Science
Experience
Minimum 5 years of sales/commercial experience in running distributors and end users. Knowledge in clean energy and battery space is a plus. Familiar with instrumental sales into private testing labs and government tenders.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions and observations from market trends and competitors

Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal & written communication in English.
High energy, great teammate and capability of performing under pressure
Computer literate in MS Office, CRM, SFDC
High adaptability to learn CAD product portfolio
