Associate Product Manager (Frame)
Division: Vision Care
Main product category: Frames
The position is responsible for product category management and new products development to achieve company sales goals & objectives in Taiwan.
Main Tasks:
1. Take charge of product categories management to achieve company commercial goals. Focus on frames and new products development.
2. Channel and pricing management and collaborate with sales team to deliver annual sales target.
3. Product training for external and internal stakeholders.
4. Marketing materials / POSMs developments to meet market needs.
5. Lead of system setup for responsible product categories, including but not limited to operation system, ordering, customer services, etc.
6. As a window for HQ and supplier. Lead of supply management to ensure forecast & shipments to fulfil business requirements.
7. Lead of new products launch events/campaigns.
8. Actively engage customers to understand their needs and provide sound solutions.
9. Conduct market, competitors and sales analysis to formulate strategies to meet company goals.
10. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education:
1. Bachelor or above
2. Graduated from optometry school or optometrist is a plus
Experience:
1. Familiarity with the optical industry and frame business
2. Minimal 5 years of sales and/or product management experience in a competitive market
Other skills:
1. Proactive attitude and problem solver
2. Strong negotiation skill
3. Results-oriented & good team player
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
5. Familiar with MS Office (especially Excel & Power Point for executive presentations)
6. Good in written and spoken English, and Mandarin
