Company Overview: A leading renewable energy company committed to driving the global transition towards sustainable and clean energy solutions. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate to be based in Taiwan. This position requires expertise in either project finance or M&A, as it will involve financial analysis, due diligence, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis and evaluation of potential renewable energy projects, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and investment appraisal.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of project finance strategies, including debt and equity financing.
Assist in the preparation of business plans, investment proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct thorough due diligence on potential M&A opportunities in the renewable energy sector, including market research, valuation analysis, and risk assessment.
Support the negotiation and structuring of investment deals, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and policy developments to identify potential opportunities and risks for the company.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project finance, M&A, or related fields.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex financial data and make informed decisions.
Solid understanding of project finance principles, including debt and equity financing, cash flow analysis, and risk assessment or familiarity with M&A processes, including valuation techniques, due diligence, and deal structuring.
Knowledge of the renewable energy or infrastructure industry, including market trends, technologies, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional team environment.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
