JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. Based in Geneva, you will be at the forefront of our expansion into the Switzerland market, working closely with talented teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their specific needs, and propose tailored solutions. Ensure client satisfaction, manage feedback, and maintain clear communication.

Project Management:
Oversee all phases of project delivery, from planning and execution to closure. Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards, while facilitating communication between teams and clients.

Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and growth areas. Participate in presentations and commercial negotiations, and collaborate to develop new service offerings and value propositions.

Communication and Reporting:
Prepare and present project progress reports, maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams, and lead project follow-up and review meetings.
In this role, 70% of your time will be dedicated to project management, including overseeing timelines, budgets, and ensuring quality standards. The remaining 30% will focus on client engagement, involving proactive relationship management and addressing client needs. You will be the main point of contact, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Communication Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Ability to handle conflict and negotiate solutions effectively.

Project Management:
Proven experience in managing complex projects, particularly in an international context. Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and proficiency with tools like MS Project and Trello.

Technical Skills:
Understanding of technical concepts and ability to work with technical teams.

Personal Qualities:
Strong organizational and time management skills. Autonomy, initiative, and proactivity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Over 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- University degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and French.
