Description
- Correspondence with clients or third parties (e.g. public agencies)
- Taking telephone calls from clients or third parties
- Preparing and following up client meetings
- Administrative support within the department
- Collaboration in Projects
Requirements
- Fiduciary apprenticeship or commercial apprenticeship with initial fiduciary experience
- Very good knowledge of Englisch and German, other foreign languages would be an advantage
- Commitment, willingness to learn, reliability and flexibility
- Holistic thinking and action that focuses on the needs of our clients
