TEST MANAGER (Geneva)

YOUR ROLE

• Acting as the QA lead for assigned programs, focusing on defining and implementing test strategies and plans based on the best practices and project specificities, especially the Program Release Plan;
• Analyzing the requirements and constraints of the initiative to understand the integrated testing effort as well as documenting, implementing, monitoring, and enforcing all processes for testing;
• Mobilizing and managing stakeholders to ensure smooth integrated testing across technology product areas;
• Developing and documenting test plans, identifying dependencies, and ensuring that the test cases cover all functional requirements;
• Anticipating integration challenges, by proposing “Integrated Testing Checkpoints” for all relevant cross-team deliverables;
• Managing test documentation and ensuring timely delivery of testing artifacts;
• Coordinating with QA Engineers, both onshore and near-shore, to execute and monitor tests;
• Supporting risk analysis, change management, and escalating critical issues when necessary;
• Actively contribute to the Technology QA Community of Practice, sharing insights, best practices, and lessons learned, while promoting the use of automation where applicable.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5-10 years of experience in test management, preferably in a global environment, with full responsibility for corresponding deliverables;
• Proven ability to perform and organize end-to-end testing;
• Knowledge of SAP environment, especially Solution Manager;
• Proven expertise in system integration and data migration projects, with a solid understanding of retail and ecommerce domains;
• Strong client and stakeholder management, with excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences;
• Efficient management of time and activities, ability to communicate with different audiences, and recommend solutions;
• Proficiency in English and French;
• ISTQB or ISEB certification will be an advantage;
• Development background will be an advantage.
