Luxetalent, a premier recruitment agency, is searching for a Store Manager on behalf of one of our clients, a high-premi un accessories brand that is part of a larger luxury group. This exciting opportunity is for the launch of a new store in Globus Department Store. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3 employees, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and driving sales. We are also open to considering profiles with experience as Assistant Store Managers, Department Managers, or Supervisors looking to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising.
- Drive brand awareness and growth within the department store.
- Report directly to senior management and align with brand strategy.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail management role, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership skills and team management experience.
