RGM Senior Manager This position reports into RGM Director and is based at Zug, Switzerland.

What will you do As Senior Manager for Revenue Growth Management, you will play a pivotal role in managing our product portfolio capabilities, ensuring the right products are in place to drive growth, and rationalizing dilutive SKUs. Your expertise in portfolio optimization and strategic thinking will be instrumental in achieving our revenue growth objectives and help markets accelerate growth through a healthy portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Assess the existing product portfolio and identify opportunities for growth and streamlining. Develop strategies to optimize the portfolio mix.
Ideate and execute regional processes to enable better portfolio management across the region.
Defining and leading the Regional Portfolio Discontinuation Plan with cross-functional team to reduce total SKU count to improve SKU productivity across the portfolio
Tracking and reporting on Portfolio performance and key metrics to key stakeholders (global, regional, local leads)
Product owner for all regional portfolio tools ensuring tool designing and maintenance (functionality and accurate data)
Responsible for leading market engagement sessions with the regional and local RGM teams ensuring right action plans are built and executed.
Work with senior management to develop and refine portfolio strategies that align with revenue growth management.
Leading the MSL program for all EMEA markets, working with markets to ensure optimal implementation, strong engagement, and execution plans
Building portfolio capabilities and engagement within market in line with RGM agenda.

Required Qualifications
This is a high-profile role working with senior partners so requires excellent communication skills and influencing capabilities.
Data expertise is a must - Technical and analytical expertise to perform non-automated analyses, develop fresh opinions and methods, as well as core RGM analysis
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Proven experience in Revenue Growth Management, portfolio management, product management or related roles.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of industry and market trends is a plus.
Fluent in English – other language skills would be advantageous

Up to 5% travel may be required
Hybrid working available (e.g., 2-3 days in office, 2-3 days from home)
