Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Service and IB Marketing Plan. In collaboration with the operations team, define and execute the EIMEA service and installed base (IB) marketing plan.
- Service Offering Development. Collaborate cross-functionally to define and enhance Accuray service offerings (service contract, clinical & technical training, service upgrades…). Continuously improve these offerings to meet market demands and differentiate Accuray within the competitive landscape. This includes analyzing customer feedback, market trends, and service performance to propose new or modified service products.
- Primary Contact for Service Contracts and IB upgrades. Act as the first point of contact for configuration or compatibility questions related to service offerings and the installed base upgrades, working closely with the commercial operations teams.
- Consistent Communication. Ensure a unified communication strategy for the installed base customers, maintaining the "One Accuray" consistency across all messaging. Convey and adapt global messages to the EIMEA market.
- CRM Management. Contribute to the implementation of processes to maintain an up-to-date CRM database of Accuray installed base software and hardware configurations in the Region.
- IB Upgrade Potential Assessment. Evaluate the upgrade potential of the installed base quarterly using an agreed-upon methodology based on CRM data, and report findings during quarterly business reviews.
- Promotional Campaigns. Work closely with the commercial operations departments to define and implement promotional campaigns targeting the installed base. Develop or localize global promotional tools as needed and contribute to accurate product positioning, including pricing strategies.
- Customer Satisfaction Analysis. Analyze customer satisfaction surveys for the installed base, using metrics agreed upon with the operations team, and propose strategies to improve satisfaction.
- Training. Provide training to the business and operations teams on service and IB offerings, both in face-to-face and online meetings.
- Customer Engagement. Conduct regular meetings with customers, in collaboration with operations and business teams, to maintain strong relationships and gather insights.
- Promotional Tools Development. Develop innovative tools that highlight the uniqueness of Accuray service contract offerings and service delivery.
- Global Marketing & Service Interaction. Regularly interact with the global marketing, Global service and regional operations teams to ensure the service and IB strategy is adapted to the regional market.
- Market Intelligence. Take responsibility for regional market intelligence related to installed base activities as defined in the marketing plan. Support global strategic Marketing intelligence activities, including perception (NPS) and pricing surveys. Collect competitive pricing information from the business team on services and upgrades.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strongly Preferred: Background in radiotherapy or a related field within medical technology.
- Relevant medical/engineering/biomedical science BS degree (MA, MBA, MS or equivalent desired) and a minimum 2-5 years of experience in the medical field, ideally with innovative, high cost, high technology products.
- Product/service marketing experience required or service experience with a willingness to contribute to its transformation.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to develop positive business relationships with all functional areas within Accuray as well as the medical community and Accuray customers.
- Must have strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Able to establish goals and meet department and corporate objectives.
- English and at least one additional regional language
Ideally based in Morges, Switzerland, EU countries possible.
Frequent travel in EIMEA region is required.
