The Eurovision Song Contest comes to Switzerland in 2025. With around 180 million viewers, the contest is the music event with the strongest coverage in the world. Join the Eurovision team and contribute to its success.

Your mission

For the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 (ESC), we are looking for a Security Manager Main Venue from 1st December 2024 to the end of May 2025. As part of the ESC Security team, your tasks will be the following:

Carry out a full assessment and put in place all the necessary preventive measures to minimise risks and threats;
Take part in designing the safety plan in collaboration with the host city and particularly with the teams of the concert hall and their providers ensuring security/safety (and potentially other tasks);
Produce and supply technical and operational documents and act as a point of contact for all questions relating to your role;
Manage and monitor incident reports;
Build a climate of trust with your colleagues and provide training on the safety measures to adopt;
Take part in ensuring safety at the event.

Your profile

An extensive experience in the field of physical security and event security, particularly with a solid knowledge of airport security standards and incident management
Good IT skills and project management experience
Integrity, flexibility, sense of confidentiality and ability to propose solutions
Excellent team spirit, good communication skills, ability to work with different people in a complex environment
Spoken and written English and German. French would be an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Rigour, commitment and great resistance to stress
