Sales Manager (Ticino and Italy)
We are looking for a highly motivated and result–driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a combination of operational and strategic proficiency, complemented by an extensive network of contacts. Working with technical teams, you will play a crucial role in driving sales initiative, building relationship with clients and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities and stay up to date on industry needs and requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service. Understand their business needs and seek for revamping opportunities
Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking and attending industry events
Qualify leads and convert them into potential clients through effective communication and product presentations
Conduct compelling product first level demonstrations to showcase the value of our software solution
Clearly and convincingly articulate the features and benefits of our product to potential clients
Provide regular sales reports, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and key performance indicators
Collaborate with the product management and the techlab to create compelling presentation and messaging.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures
Requirements
Master Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
15+ years of proven experience in software sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the Italian speaking part of Switzerland and/or northern Italy
Proven to work on direct sales on internally generated leads and/or through a consolidated partners’ channel
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Knowledge of the software industry and emerging technologies is mandatory
Native in Italian and fluent in English (German is a plus)
Swiss citizenship or eligibility for a Swiss work permit
We offer an attractive compensation based on experience and performance (fix salary plus volume-based commission).
