Montres Antima SA in Bienne, Switzerland, a member of the Fossil Group, specializes in designing and developing watches and jewelry for both licensed and proprietary brands. For our Emporio Armani Orologi product development team, focused on luxury and fashion-forward timepieces, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Development Manager to join us starting December 1st, 2024.
Your Impact:

• Lead all stages of product development from ideation to product launch, ensuring design integrity, functionality, and manufacturability, under the leadership of the Group Manager.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and suppliers to create innovative, high-quality timepieces that meet customer needs and align with brand aesthetics.
• Maintain project documentation, pricing, and user manuals.
• Analyze consumer trends, competitive products, and market demand to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate between commercial needs, design, and development teams during product meetings.
• Prepare and review product samples for approval meetings.
• Oversee the development of packaging and hangtags to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.

Who You Are:

• 3-5+ years of experience in product management within the watch industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and project management.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A deep interest in horology and current watch trends, with a keen eye for design and functionality.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to resolving challenges and improving product processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Italian is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP is an advantage.
