Five Arrows Switzerland
Five Arrows Switzerland (FAS) is a division of Five Arrows Multi Strategies (FAMS) focusing on developing bespoke Private Markets investment solutions for Institutional Investors, Family Offices and UHNWI. FAS advises and builds private markets programs (Fund of Funds and mandates) in open architecture in Private Equity, Private Real Estate, Private Infrastructure and Private Debt.
FAS is looking for an Investment Associate/Investment Manager Private Real Assets to support the team in allocating capital to Private Real Estate and Private Infrastructure strategies. The incumbent will be focused on developing a strong pipeline, sourcing investment opportunities, supporting senior managers in due diligence, market research, and monitoring past and future portfolio investments.
Main responsibilities

Conducting market research and monitoring of the Private Real Estate and Private Infrastructure industries

Sourcing Private Real Estate and Private Infrastructure funds and co-investments opportunities
-
Performing qualitative and quantitative due diligence of Private Real Estate and Private Infrastructure funds and co-investments

Preparing and defending investment recommendations to the investment committee and to clients

Monitoring underlying investments and preparing detailed quarterly reportings for investors and management

Supporting FAS' other strategies (Private Equity, Private Debt)
Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
-
Confirmed experience in similar role (min. 5 years in a similar role within the Private Real Estate and/or Private Infrastructure Fund industries). Additional experience in Private Equity and Private Debt is a plus.

Confirmed experience with indirect investments

In-depth understanding of investment processes

Self-starter attitude and pragmatic approach

French and English a must. Any other languages are a plus.

Strong entrepreneurial mindset

Strong Excel skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
