HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN

Coty is looking for dedicated and highly motivated intern to work with Human Resources team. The role should be a good fit for candidates interested in the beauty industry with a hands-on mentality, a great discretion and a strong attention to details.

This internship is based in Geneva (Switzerland) for a duration of 12 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Human Resources Intern you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in the day-to-day HR activities, diversified tasks and projects.

Your main focus:
Support the HR team in daily activities Assist the HR team in the implementation of HR policies and procedures and related tasks Participate to various tasks and projects relating to business improvement activities in areas such as IT/Systems, Marketing, Digitalization, Administration, Learning & Development and employee engagement Assist with the internal communication and use of our internal social media

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You are passionate about beauty. As the Human Resources Intern, you enjoy working with people, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you: Pursuing degree in HR or newly graduated Have a strong attention to detail and great discretion Highly organized, autonomous, and proactive approach You are empathetic, active listener, able to comfortably respond to time-sensitive requests Good written and spoken communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible, able to adapt to changes Team player Curious and eager to learn. Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and all internet applications Fluent in English and in French. Any additional language a plus.
