Your mission
For the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 (ESC), we are looking for a Hospitality Coordinator from November 2024 to the end of May 2025 (30% November-December, 50% January, 100% February-May). In this role, you will be in charge of the full hospitality set-up within the St. Jakobshalle and the Arena Plus during ESC 2025. As part of the ESC Event team, your tasks will be the following:
- set up the hospitality concept for ESC 2025 both in the St. Jakobshalle and in the Arena Plus;
- work alongside the ticketing manager and the city of Basel project team in order to set-up the different hospitality areas and hospitality packages and offers for ESC 2025;
- work alongside the venue manager in order to set-up the logistics of the hospitality spaces within the venue and determining the physical set-up of the hospitality areas (furniture, decoration, lighting etc.);
- determine the catering needs for the different hospitality guests during ESC 2025;
- manage guest invitations and follow-up;
- report back regularly to the event/production/city teams on hospitality status
