About Sato Code:
Sato Code is a young game design studio that creates advanced escape games. With 20 unique games currently available across Italy and Switzerland, we are bringing the escape room experience to the next level. In the next year, Sato Code Games will be available throughout Switzerland.
Our outdoor escape games transform cities into immersive playgrounds where players uncover hidden installations, like special graffiti with Morse code or a T-shirts with a hidden message in a tattoo studio. These adventures are guided by the Sato Code App, developed entirely in-house. The game offers a unique multiplayer experience where each player has different tools on their phone, such as a map, compass, or message.
The feedback we hear most often is: "Create more games!" Now, the time has come and we’re looking for Game Masters.
What you'll do:
You’ll be working independently and remotely. Can you dedicate a few days to help bring a Sato Code experience to life in your area? Your tasks will include planning the route and selecting the best locations for the game installations in various cities in your region. All at your own pace, flexible, and self-directed.
Qualifications:
✅ Passionate about Escape Games / Board Games
✅ You’re ready to play a couple of Sato Code Games, in case you haven’t already
✅ You are communicative, and you feel at ease reaching out to shop owners to ask for permission to place the Sato installations.

Pay: CHF25.00 - CHF28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 18 per week
