We have an exciting opportunity for a Facility Coordinator General Services in our Manno Office (Lugano).
Department overview:
Store design and construction & FM is part of Capri Holdings EMEA group working across all the stores and offices guaranteeing high standard services related all MK properties, including utilities service, waste, cleaning and professional delivery of refurbishment projects ensuring efficiency and DNA of the brands, always having in mind long term Business strategy
What you will do:
To coordinate as well to update all field related databases to meet operational as well compliance standards within each of the region in listed categories:
  • Prossure Procurement – Onboard all EMEA vendors into new required supply chain management as per requirement from H&S/ Procurement. Work will include working with extensive roster of existing vendors to meet all requirements including fees and if existing vendors will not onboard then will have to source new vendors for all R&M and compliance trades.
  • GHG footprint Information – Create and compline information for tracker to Emmy Wilson Teams
  • FGAS In Refrigerants - Whenever there are any changes in equipment or replacement of gas documentation must be provided to local authorities., work include
    • Work with maintenance vendors to provide information on gases in cooling systems at the Store level
    • Align maintenance programs with legal requirements (where they are not already)
    • Verify in detail if current vendors are properly authorized
    • Obtaining all documents and submitting to local authorities along with proper record keeping.
  • Environmental Waste Management
  • Provide vendor management and selection of vendors for each location/country.
  • Manage all vendor permits and authorizations for controls along with scheduling frequencies of pickup across the fleet of stores.
  • Obtain and track all records to ensure all documents are properly submitted and managed by local law.
  • Environmental Audits for Utilities
  • Provide vendor management and selection of vendors for each location/country.
  • Obtain and track all records to ensure all documents are properly submitted and managed by local law
  • Cleaning contract management
  • Provide vendor management and selection of vendors for each location/country.
  • Obtain and track all records to ensure all documents are properly submitted and managed by local law as well H&S compliance standards
  • Waste contract management
  • Provide vendor management and selection of vendors for each location/country.
  • Obtain and track all records to ensure all documents are properly submitted and managed by local law as well H&S compliance standards
  • Water dispensers’ management
  • Provide vendor management and selection of vendors for each location/country.
  • Obtain and track all records to ensure all documents are properly submitted and managed by local law as well H&S compliance standards.
  • Legionella - Overlook testing and submission of all paperwork for each retail location and project manage and remediation work that would be required.
You’ll Need to Have:
  • At least 1 year of experience in F&M
  • A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant subject area
  • International Retail FM experience would be a plus
  • Good organization skills
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact well with vendors and contractors as well as corporate/retail management and co-workers
  • Ability to work well under pressure and achieve results
  • Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Office and Excel)
