We have an exciting opportunity for a Facility Manager – Projects in our Manno Office.
Role & Responsibilities
- To manage building as well fixtures conformity projects in European stores.
- Radon – Overlook testing and submission of all paperwork for retail locations in Italy when needed and project manage and remediation work that would be required.
- Asbestos – Overlook testing and submission of all paperwork for each retail location and project manage and remediation work that would be required. Work will include database conformity management.
- ESG Checklist to the Landlords – Create and compile detailed list/spreadsheet for each retail location for all landlords in Europe. Work would include colleting all data from buildouts and Facilities Managers.
- HVAC System - Manage all HVAC preparing documentation for registration for changes in mechanical equipment and submit to local authorities for all repairs to keep the tracks of assets to utilize better repairs schedule for the system lifetimes.
- Risk & Insurance – Work with Global Risk Management team for all larger scale issues that keep retail stores from operating properly including gathering and submitting required information such as documentation of incident, costs to remediate and any backup information needed.
- Monitors equipment performance and evaluates service warranty issues for capital equipment. Manages equipment inventories and asset tracking.
- Manages regional/national vendors for facilities repair and maintenance. Conducts vendor performance reviews against SLA and KPI’s.
- Manages capital projects, equipment replacement, minor retrofit and enhancement, and other initiatives. Reviews quotations received from vendors and executes capital projects to completion
- Prossure Procurement – Onboard all EMEA vendors into new required supply chain management as per requirement from H&S/ Procurement. Work will include working with extensive roster of existing vendors to meet all requirements including fees and if existing vendors will not onboard then will have to source new vendors for all R&M and compliance trades.
Building Compliance Projects:
- Fire Alarm Conformity Project - Project manager new fire alarm system conformity for new EU regulations as analogue landlines will not exist in January 2025
- Closures – Project manage store closings throughout the EMEA either during store closure or relocation for new buildout.
- Millwork, Fixture & Glazing Yearly Survey - Project manager safety survey and remediation of all millwork and mirror/glazing for MK stores in EMEA.
- Water Leaks management - Track all costs and claims together with the repair management and Landlords communications.
