Innovative Environmental Services (IES) Ltd is a GLP-certified Contract Research Organization (CRO) with its headquarters in Witterswil, close to the city of Basel in Switzerland. We perform Environmental Fate, Metabolism, Ecotoxicological and Analytical Chemistry Testing to support the development, registration and stewardship of agrochemicals, chemical and pharmaceuticals products.

Your responsibilities:

Fulfilment of the role of "Technical Support" in the sense of the GLPR
Responsible for operational and building safety
Technical support for all matters in the laboratory area
Coordination and control of all service contracts for protective equipment and central gas supply
Responsible for the flawless operation of the electrical installation, water supply, sewage disposal and air conditioning
Responsible for the vehicle fleet
Coordination of disposal of contaminated waste and solvents, including the commissioning of collection by the waste disposal company, correct labeling, and provision on the day of collection
Management and account assignment of all incoming invoices before forwarding to CEO / Finance
Establishment of the link between the ERP and financial and accounting
Responsible for ordering and purchasing, including price negotiations and requests for quotations
Liaison to the Witterswil Technology Centre
Other tasks according to the list of responsibilities
