ESC 2025 Public Value project coordinator
The Eurovision Song Contest comes to Switzerland in 2025. With around 180 million viewers, the contest is the music event with the strongest coverage in the world. Join the Eurovision team and contribute to its success.
Your mission
We're looking for a Public Value project coordinator for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, to work for a temporary period from November 2024 through to the end of May 2025 (60% workload from November – March; 80% workload from April – May).As part of the Public Value ESC team, you will be working on the following tasks:- You will provide support with the planning and execution of projects that strengthen the added social value of the ESC, such as school or community projects
- You will coordinate and keep an overview of ideas, projects and potential partnerships
- You will contribute and implement your own ideas
- You will be working closely together with the host city of Basel
Your profile
- You have experience in events
- You have good organisational and communication skills
- You are a multi-tasker and are able to handle stressful situations in a calm and composed manner
- You are reliable and a team player
- You are quick to grasp new things and are highly flexible
- You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
