Electrical Designer
Responsibilities
-
Entering and updating articles in the ERP system
-
Supporting other departments with technical questions incl. sales support
-
Supplier care and maintenance of manufacturer library in the ERP system
-
Close cooperation with the project management regarding changes and adjustments of component and the documentation in the electrical diagrams
-
Extension and maintenance of all electrical diagrams of our systems (control technology)
-
Extension and maintenance of the 3D control cabinet structures
Requirements
-
Basic education as an electrical designer, automation technician or comparable education
-
Diploma in electrical engineering or automation technology is a plus
-
Knowledge of electrical engineering, control and plant engineering
-
Experience in CAD for the electrical industry with EPLAN P8
-
Good written and spoken English is a plus
-
Self-motivated, reliable and independent attitude as well as entrepreneurial thinking
-
Willingness to learn new things
Function
In this function you are responsible for the technical and administrative support of the electrical design department. You create overall projects in EPLAN and design the corresponding switch cabinets. You are involved in the areas of product recommendations and minor technical enquiries. In short – you are a competent hub between the electrical design department and the project managers and have close contact with the control cabinet builders.
