Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Quality and Regulatory to join our Engineering team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. As a world-class leader in the industry, Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. provides exceptional opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

Lead the quality and regulatory function, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Develop and implement quality and regulatory strategies to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of quality and regulatory initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and important individuals involved in the industry.
Oversee the development and implementation of quality and regulatory training programs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality and regulatory management
Proven track record of successfully implementing quality and regulatory initiatives
Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
