The Global Accounts Director will lead and oversee the strategic planning, development, and execution of initiatives related to global funders and NGOs. This role is required to ensure the right resources allocation for negotiating, developing, and implementing highly profitable ARDx multi-product contracts with global funders, NGOs and stakeholders. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of global health, development, and funding landscapes. The Global Funds Director will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to drive impactful programs and secure funding.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the organization's mission and objectives related to NGOs and the Global Fund.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with NGOs, donors, and other key stakeholders.
Plans and manages the Global Accounts strategic contracting effort within
Analyses market trends in relation to sales objectives and competitive activities in strategic accounts and key customers. Regularly provides competitive intelligence relative to contracting approaches.
Leverage key relationships to the benefit of ARDx, in terms of meeting sales, market share and revenue objectives.
Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs funded by the Global Fund.
Represent the organization at high-level meetings, conferences, and forums to advocate for policy changes and funding priorities
Ensure all programs comply with donor requirements, legal regulations, and organizational policies.
Work with global sales organization staff to ensure that ARDx strategic and operational plans are fully implemented and met for the targeted accounts.
Oversee the preparation and delivery of proposals and branding/positioning presentations to key customers and decision-makers.
Assist DVP, Commercial Operations EMEA & Head of Global Accounts, IDEM Regional Business Leaders and Regional Sales Managers in the development, implementation, and management of strategic initiatives within targeted accounts and geography.
Work closely with contract management and legal staff to ensure that all contracts meet internal management and legal requirements.
Implement and/or participate in cross-departmental meetings and conference calls for the purpose of providing input and guidance regarding market dynamics and issues needing focus, attention, and action.
Qualification – Education / Experience / Skills
Advanced degree in Public Health, International Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic leadership roles within NGOs, international organizations, or related sectors.
Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced changing environment.
Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in program management and evaluation.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Ability to travel approximately 50%, including internationally.
