DBA Ms SQL for a Lugano bank:
We are looking for an experienced MS-SQL DBA to join our system engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, administering, and monitoring the company's Microsoft SQL Server database infrastructures.

Main Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain SQL Server database systems to meet business requirements
Optimize database performance, availability, and security
Develop and execute backup and restore strategies to ensure data integrity
Automate routine database maintenance tasks
Monitor database activity, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
Implement and manage database access controls and user permissions
Provide technical support and guidance to application developers and end-users
Stay up-to-date on the latest SQL Server features, best practices, and trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align database solutions with broader IT initiatives
Document database architecture, configurations, and procedures
Participate in capacity planning and database scalability assessments
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security standards

Required Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Microsoft certification as MCSA SQL Server or higher
At least 3 years of experience as an MSSQL DBA in enterprise environments
Solid knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, indexing, query optimization, and administration
Experience with performance monitoring and backup/restore tools
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
