Our 12-Months-Program
Our 12-Months-Program will provide you with the chance to engage and learn from seasoned professionals, complemented by an attractive compensation & benefits package. During a comprehensive onboarding experience, you will be introduced to key areas of our organization, including Business Units (e.g. Oncology, Neurology & Immunology or Fertility & Endocrinology), Medical and supporting functions such as External Affairs. Following this, you will engage in different rotations working with the Business and Medical Affairs. Plus, you’ll kickstart your journey with a hands-on training experience and have the possibility to visit our Swiss sites as well as our Global Headquarters in Darmstadt, Germany. Selected students will enhance their skills through skill bites training sessions, covering topics such as insight training, influence & persuade, and other training curricula. We also offer continued education opportunities to support professional development.
Two exceptional graduates are selected to join our team at our Zug site. Through mentorship and networking opportunities, you will gain invaluable insights and networking opportunities with experienced professionals.

- Adaptability to new environments and therapeutic areas, with the ability to acquire new skills quickly
- Ambition and an enthusiastic approach to embracing challenges
- Proficiency in teamwork and independent work
- Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
- Fluency in both, written and spoken English and German.
- A degree (BA, BSc, MSc, or doctorate) in the fields of natural sciences, medicine, economics or a related field
