Based in Geneva, Eli Lilly Export SA, a subsidiary of Eli Lilly Company, excels in managing complex markets and facilitating large-scale business transactions.

We are seeking a Contract and Corporate Services Trainee for a 12-month internship.

Internship Purpose & Key Responsibilities
Within the Commercial Governance team, you will learn and take on responsibility for operational tasks related to Geneva-based entities and play a key role in supporting company secretarial activities.

Contract Management: Coordinate the signature process for legal documents, including contracts, while ensuring internal reviews. Properly store documents in accordance with internal policies and relevant laws.
Company Secretarial Coordination: Assist on preparation of Shareholders and Board of Directors meetings for multiple legal entities.

Education and Required skills

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, law or economics
Proficiency in English mandatory, French an asset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Communication skills
Solution-oriented and can-do attitude
Advanced proficiency in computing and applications, including the Office 365 suite.

Location:
Geneva - Contract subject to a valid work permit in Switzerland
