There are currently nine of us in the team, spread across the Netherlands, Spain and Germany, and we are always on the lookout for new team members to join us.

you with us

Depending on the customer’s needs, you can expect various tasks externally in front of the customer

• Development of new retail-based business models for OEMs in the automotive industry
• Performance analyses of retail operations
• Comprehensive conceptualization and implementation of the digital customer experience in automotive retail for leading companies in the automotive industry
• Conception and management of national and international rollouts for the introduction of digital services and to enable dealerships with regard to new IT tools and processes
• Support and implementation of agile transformation processes
• Development of sales and after-sales strategies
• Planning and implementation of workshops

Internally, we are also constantly working on expanding our Automotive Retail division

The entire team can contribute on its own initiative. The main topics here include

• Development and design of sales measures & a strategy for acquiring new customers and new project partners
• Assuming responsibility in an internal field of action of your choice
• Planning and implementation of team workshops and events
• Maintaining existing business relationships and contacts

What you should already bring with you

Apply

• Bachelor's or ideally Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences (the technical orientation is not decisive for us)
• Practical experience in the automotive industry (with a focus on commercial processes)
• Good methodical understanding of the approach in an agile transformation environment
• Willingness to continuously develop personally and take on responsibility
• Creativity, motivation and commitment to actively shape a growing environment
• Willingness to travel to customer and team meetings
• Panoff Consulting has a focus on the German market. Please keep this in mind when applying
• Very good German language skills
• Very good English language skills
• A completed academic or professional stay abroad is nice to have
• Basic knowledge of IT is nice to have
