Our People Consulting Service Line is focusing on all workforce topics and we help our clients get it right in all its facets – from talent management, HR systems, people analytics, learning, to culture change and human centered change management.

To further strengthen our People Consulting team in the field of Change Management and Culture Change, we are looking for a Consultant to join our Geneva office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues to help clients evolve their ways of working in the context of technology-enabled transformation, workplace or culture evolution.

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future

A bachelor’s or master’s degree
Interest in people topics, new technologies and organizational change
Ability to work in large, international and interdisciplinary teams
Curiosity, growth mindset and client orientation
Proficiency in English and French is a must, any other language an asset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in French and English)
