Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing data-driven insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
Gather and synthesize information from various departments to ensure the CEO has a complete and timely understanding of key issues.
Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for the CEO, summarizing complex topics clearly and concisely.
Participate in meetings with the CEO, track action items, and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect relevant data, metrics, and performance indicators that influence decision-making.
Conduct research, analyze trends, and provide recommendations on business strategies, potential risks, and growth opportunities.
Facilitate the flow of information between the CEO, executive leadership, and other departments to ensure alignment on key initiatives.
Maintain strong relationships with department heads to ensure effective collaboration and alignment
Ensure accountability across teams by monitoring milestones, following up on action items, and facilitating regular status updates.
Prepare and collate agendas, documentation, and communication for executive and board meetings.
Serve as a proxy for the CEO in certain meetings or discussions when needed, representing the CEO’s perspective.
Qualifications:
MBA required – Additionally bachelors and masters in technology engineering or computational field welcome
7+ years of experience in various roles across tech/enviro start ups, consulting or strategy functions
Proven experience in supporting senior executives in decision-making, strategy, and communication and change management
Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering high-impact initiatives.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide commercial & strategic recommendations.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
