Your challenge
In this varied role you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Assuming local topic responsibility / business requirements for the CRM, Front Workbench, Instant Messaging and Investment Campaign Management tools and representing local interests within LGT Group
- Coordination and operational implementation of local and Group-wide initiatives in the areas of private banking/distribution, digitalization, regulation & compliance and operations Analysis, optimization, modeling and documentation of e
- isting processes in Private Banking
- Performing the interface function between customer service/sales departments, competence centers (Investment Advisory, Communication, Legal, Compliance, etc.) and IT
- Specification of business requirements within projects and change requests
Your profile
- Completed business and/or technical training with a focus on sales / IT or project management (e.g. PMA, Scrum, ...) Proven e
- perience as a business analyst/manager or product manager and basic knowledge of business process modeling
- Knowledge of private banking and its typical workflows and processes is an advantage
- Affinity for the practical implementation and solution of IT-related problems as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as an independent, proactive way of working and high self-motivation
- Very good oral and written German and English skills
- Knowledge of Avaloq would be a plus
