LCX is on a mission to redefine finance as we know it, becoming a new category leader innovating capital markets powered by blockchain technology. LCX is a global financial technology company based in Liechtenstein that focuses on tokenization of assets, utility and security token offerings, and advanced trading tools. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidate to join our team at our Headquarters in Vaduz, Liechtenstein.
Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to take LCX’s business development to the next level. We have an exciting roadmap of new products that will be coming to market over the next 12 months and need someone passionate about Crypto to champion them to the broader ecosystem. You must be comfortable prioritizing and qualifying opportunities and then driving them from origination all the way through to completion.
Most importantly, we need an individual who is passionate about cryptocurrencies with a focused and up to date knowledge of what’s happening in the ecosystem.
Responsibilities:

Own and manage the LCX’s core team’s business development pipeline to ensure it is up to date and that all relevant stakeholders are using it efficiently

Contribute actively to shaping and prioritizing our BD strategy as we scale

Leverage LCX’s existing strategic partners, clients, and investors to help discover new opportunities
-
Evaluate new incoming partnership requests and process them
-
Manage all the inbound partnership requests and execute partnerships.

Pitch and run demonstrations of LCX's latest products to new as well as existing partners.

Market your successes and communicate our new partnerships and collaborations clearly to the market.
Requirements:
-
4 years or more of experience in a full-time work environment, either in an office or remotely
-
Strong knowledge of Cryptocurrency exchanges, and inbound BD pipeline management
-
Experience creating and pitching presentations on google slides
-
An understanding of the economics and game theory underlying incentivized crypto mechanisms and markets
-
Good Evaluation skills
-
Must have knowledge in Team Handling
-
The hunger to always be driving deals to completion
-
An existing network within the crypto
-
Strong listening and negotiation skills
-
Experience writing and publishing BD specific marketing content
The perfect candidate should:

be a native English speaker
-
have a background and proven experience in providing support to customers in the crypto field
-
be smart, able to resolve inquiries in a professional way
-
have good contacts in the crypto industry
-
passionate about cryptocurrencies and fintech.
