As a Brand Manager Cold Sauces, you will develop and execute brand/category strategies in line with our overall objectives and strategy. As the owner of the categories, you will drive flawless execution of the brand road map and deliver local KPIs. You will also guide and support new markets in launching cold sauces and be the brand custodian for THOMY.



A Day in the Life of a Brand Manager Cold Sauces


  • Develop and execute annual brand I&R strategies, managing defined projects and linking stakeholders.
  • Lead market assessments and support portfolio choices for additional markets.
  • Continuously monitor brand/category performance and propose optimizations for the product portfolio.
  • Ensure efficient and correct launch of I&R projects, involving all necessary stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement annual brand plans, including communication, promotion, and I&R plans.
  • Deliver digital communication plans across all digital touchpoints, including owned assets, search, paid media, and e-commerce.
  • Participate actively in category planning and manage category performance.
  • Support the Food Manager in generating value through category growth.


What will make you successful


  • Proven experience in Marketing/Brand Management or Consistent, Coherent, and Strategic Development (CCSD).
  • Experience in I&R project development.
  • Ability to analyze and react to real-time trends and commercial figures.
  • Proven track record in delivering marketing projects on time and flawlessly.
  • Experience in brand positioning and digital brand communication.
  • Strategic vision on brand/category development.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Fact-based thinking with out-of-the-box creativity.
  • Previous experience in B2B or working closely with a Field Sales Force is an advantage.
  • Fluent in German and English, French is a plus.
