* Either alumnus of a Top University/Business School or distinguished career in High-Tech Business / Finance
* Awareness of the legal framework in Switzerland
* Qualified investor or UHNWI who has practised financial intitution to financial institution KYC process in the past as a client
* Searching to become a player in the AI world which is here to stay
* Able to analyse outputs of software as user without the help of IT experts
