Your role

We are looking for a Client Account Manager intern to:
- support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
- be point-of-entry contact for clients with account
queries or orders, stock orders, payments, etc.
- assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence, and monitoring activities
- support with documentation for client meetings,
business trips, investment proposals and the like
- collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements

You will be working in a Wealth Management team in Carouge. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve, and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey. Your expertise
You need to have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master's degree within the last 6 months.
In particular you have:
- banking experience (apprenticeship and/or banking traineeship)
- unyielding attention to detail, even when under
pressure
- excellent interpersonal skills (and this is noticeable even when under pressure)
- ability to work with absolute discretion, tactfulness, and adaptability to changing demands
- fluency in spoken and written English, French is asset
